As a General Contractor, Vazquez has expanded its capabilities to self-perform the divisions that carry the highest hazard exposure, significantly increasing field hours and overall job site risk exposure. Despite this increased operational footprint, we are especially proud of the steady improvement in our Experience Modification Rate (EMR), which has declined from 0.99 in 2012 to 0.73 in 2025. This sustained downward trend reflects our ongoing commitment to safety, disciplined risk management, and continuous improvement, benefiting every individual on our job sites.
