Founded in 2008 with a single self-performing trade—carpentry—VCC quickly established a reputation for quality craftsmanship, fair pricing, and outstanding service. Early success led to federal opportunities, and by 2011, VCC was earning contracts with the GSA, Department of Interior, and Department of Defense. Over the past decade, our work has expanded across 21 states, delivering more than $500 million in federal, state, local, and private construction projects.

Design + Build
Vazquez is an accomplished Design-Build (DB) contractor. By utilizing the Design-Build approach, owners can assign a single point of contact to work hand-in-hand with architects, engineers, and Vazquez to transform the project vision into a final product that meets functional and aesthetic goals.
This delivery method integrates planning, design, and construction into a single contract, requiring consistent communication. Vazquez proactively manages the Design-Build process, establishing benchmarks and achieving milestones to simplify the process and deliver projects efficiently.
