Electrical Contracting

Principles and Practices

In 2017, Joe Vazquez made the decision to stop subcontracting the electrical scope of work to other firms. Instead, Vazquez invested over $1M to procure equipment, tools, vehicles, and hire the best electrical leader in the region to run this new department. Five years later, Vazquez Commercial Contracting self-performs nearly 100% of the electrical scope of work on every project. The electrical division, staff, and employees produce millions of dollars in revenue annually, completing work for Vazquez, other General Contractors, and directly with commercial and federal building owners.
