Design-Build (DB) is an extremely common construction delivery method that requires building owners, Architects & Engineers (A&E), and Vazquez Commercial Contracting works hand-in-hand to capture and convert the project vision into a preliminary design that meets both the functional and aesthetic goals. This delivery method and project approach includes planning, design, and construction in a single construction contract. This method depends upon steady engagement by an owners single point of contact and a conforming flow of work with open, recurring communication. An absence of engagement and/or accountability can impede the project delivery and cost all the project stakeholders both time and money.
