Great Lakes and Ohio River Division Mission Boundaries, Construction Services contract

Vazquez has been selected as one of the participants in the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division Mission Boundaries, Construction Services contract. This HUBZone set-aside MATOC contract consists of Design/Build and Design/Bid/Build construction and incidental scope for completion of construction. The scope includes new building construction, building or building systems renovation, structural repairs, site work, paving, and civil works (flood damage reduction, such as channel improvements, bank stabilization, levees, and floodwalls). Other activities incidental to the construction may include, building/facilities demolition/debris removal, utility installation/replacement, equipment upgrades, landscaping, geotechnical work, security systems, and environmental abatement of materials (i.e., materials containing lead, asbestos, Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs) or Hazardous, Toxic, and Radioactive Waste (HTRW).

The area included under this contract spans from eastern Minnesota to western New York, and south to include Tennessee and northern Alabama. The contract is a three-year base with two additional option years and has a total capacity for $45,000,000. Vazquez is partnered with our Designer of Record (DOR) from Cincinnati, Elevar Design Group for execution of Design/Bid/Build projects under this contract.

Vazquez possesses the necessary land, buildings, and personnel to execute simultaneous projects. Our primary facilities are located in Kansas City, MO and Cincinnati, OH. These two locations are home to 80% of our executive staff, operations, accounting, finance, material handlers, building materials, tools, trucks, and supplies. In addition, Vazquez has field offices in in Detroit, Dayton, and Louisville with personnel and management teams spread across the Midwest and Heartland Regions.
